Vice President / Secretary. Third
generation of Hartwig's involved with the
company, celebrating 33 years with
Hartwig Transit in February of 2005.

Royal J Hartwig

Vice President / Treasurer. Fourth generation of
Hartwig's to be involved with the company. Started as a
driver with limited duties in the office which continued for
eight years until moving into the office full time. April
2005 will be his 21st year with Hartwig Transit.

Kevin Wickwire

"Supertrucker"

Head dispatcher Chicago.
Started out driving in 1996
and now thinks of ways to
get his dad to buy lunch.

Cathy Sadoski

Fuel tax recordkeeping.

Cathy who began her
career with Hartwig in
1973 decided to take a
desk job when the time
came to retire from
driving after 18 years of
haulin the mail.

Gino Trimarchi

Shop foreman. Words can
not describe the talent of this
man. If it is broke ( no matter
what it is ) Gino will fix it. He
celebrated his 33th year with
Hartwig in February of 2005.

Leo, celebrates his 29th
year at Hartwig in 2004,
drove for 14 years until
going into the shop.

she also caters the Hartwig
Christmas parties, anyone
who has been to one knows
what a great job she does.

Dave Sadoski

" Da Shank "

Billing/Dispatcher.

Now retired from his full time job for the last 20+ years, he was working
for the national guard as a automotive supervisor, and was in charge of
9 mechanics and 472 vehicles. Originally started at Hartwig in 1973
and has just about done it all: driving, wrenching, dispatching, and
management duties. He's even owned his own truck. For now his
interests lie in his new Nova race car, and Camaro SS street car

Duane Hartwig

aka "The Victim"

Mechanic / parts purchasing.

Duane grew up breathing diesel
fumes. He's been driving trucks
since he was 16, and fixing them
before that. Duane is currently
helping us out in the shop.

Jim Sadoski

Mechanic / Driver

Jim has 29 years of experience
and has worked for Hartwig for a
total of 22 years. He loves
trucks and also enjoys going to
the nascar races.

Jr France

Dispatcher

Started working for Hartwig in
January of 1991. Jr has years
of experience as a carpenter.

Phil Smiddy

Mechanic/dispatcher/driver

Celebrating 14 years with Hartwig in April of
2005. Prior to working at Hartwig , Phil was
in the U.S. Army from 1985 to 1990, then
was recalled to service in 1991 for Desert
Storm.

Ernie McCabe

Head Mechanic-Cincinnati

With 32 years of turning wrenches under his
belt, Ernie can fix anything from a forklift to a
big truck. before that he worked for the
railroad. June 2005 will be his 14th year here.

Jim Kosholleck

District Supervisor,

Jim started October 1975 in Wausau, as
a driver. His fist truck assigned to him
was No. 66 a blue Mack. In January of
1976 R.A. and Cecil appointed him as
supervisor, and soon after moved to
Oshkosh. In 1983, the first shop was set
up in Oshkosh. Jim continued to drive
until 1990. He is now the district
supervisor and works in the shop taking
care of Wisconsin and Minnesota with 18
trucks, 12 trailers, and 30 drivers.

Jims wife Donna works for Carolina Design. They have four children,
Jeff with wife Mary, Dennis with wife Laurie, and twin girls Lisa with
husband Dave and Debbie with husband Jeff. Jim and Donna are also
the proud grandparents of seven grandchildren

Jeff Kosholleck

Dispatcher / mechanic

Jeff started in March of 1990. His
wife Mary works for the Neenah
school district. They have three
children, Jess, Alex, and Amanda.
Jeffs hobbies include hunting,
fishing,and coaching football and
baseball.
